About the artist
Painter, textiles and Sugar-craft artist
I am passionate about art and love to express my creativity. Starting with cake making and modelling (some of which you can see on our 2 websites); it quickly grew to include watercolours and textiles. My love of the sea and nature usually inspires my work; but can take the form of careful observation and studies; or playful, whimsical motifs. Both bring me joy, whether they be small, individual cards; or larger time-intensive watercolours. It can be very exciting to paint in a loose water-colour style but I love to explore other techniques. I am never without a sketchbook, pens and paint.
