About the artist

Pottery, Ceramics, Stoneware

I am a potter who specialises in handmade stoneware, thrown on the wheel at my studio in Peckham. I create simple, contemporary shapes, while experimenting with glazes.

My interest began a few years ago at the Ceramics Studio here in Kent, after which I spent two intensive and inspiring months in Italy, developing my skills at La Meridiana School of Ceramics.

I particularly enjoy making decorative bottles, vases and bowls, and love the way pottery can bring joy day-to-day - connecting people, place and good food.
