An Emotional Journey to Recovery to Help Keep Your Mental Health in Check
Kate Tulett best known for their Muddy Stillettos award-winning Art Gallery and artworks, recently published a debut book that will take the literary world by storm. The book entitled 'Turning Tides' provides an uplifting and raw account that has been praised for its power to help its readers going through a rough patch to get on the road to recovery and improve their mental health through images painted by the Artist and the reason behind the appreciation.
The book is an emotional account of the author's enthralling life experiences, successes, and trials. Though it is not a one-size-fits-all solution, it is a powerful tool designed to help individuals going through life's challenges to be mindful, and appreciate the simple things in life, while also providing a support system for those battling mental health problems.
The book is now available for purchase on www.katetulettart.com and soon to be on Amazon.
